Middlesex’s Vitality Blast fixtures have today been confirmed by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), with four of their South Group fixtures scheduled for Lord’s in 2021.
The group stages of this year’s competition take place throughout June and July, before the quarter-finals are held at the end of August to see who will battle it out at Finals Day at Edgbaston in September.
First up at Lord’s in the Vitality Blast will be a London derby on Thursday 10 June with Surrey the visitors to face Eoin Morgan’s men.
A fortnight later, 2019 champions Essex Eagles will be Middlesex’s opposition, before Sussex Sharks are the visitors a week later on Thursday 1 July. Kent Spitfires complete the quartet of visiting teams on Friday 16 July.
Middlesex’s LV= Insurance County Championship fixtures have already been confirmed for the first phase of the competition, with four home matches at Lord’s scheduled in April and May.
The domestic fixtures now sit alongside two LV= Insurance Test Matches in the Lord’s fixture list, with England facing New Zealand in early June, and India in August. They will also welcome Pakistan to the Home of Cricket for a One-Day International in July.
Further fixtures to take place at Lord’s will follow in due course.
Public Tickets and Hospitality go on general sale for Vitality Blast fixtures on Monday 1 March.
Tickets start from £20 for Adults and £10 for U16s.
