The ECB has announced three men’s international matches will be held at Lord’ next year, with New Zealand and South Africa both playing England Men in Test Matches, whilst India will be the visitors for a One-Day International.
The England women’s international schedule and men’s and women’s domestic fixtures will be announced at a later date.
Lord's Public Ticket Ballot for men's international fixtures in 2022 is now closed.
Unsuccessful applicants will be sent information about the general sale, ticket availability and how to purchase.
Should the ballot be undersubscribed and there are unallocated tickets, these are placed on general sale, on a first-come-first-served basis, and available to buy at tickets.lords.org.
Those wishing to attend an international match at Lord’s have a window of opportunity to apply to tickets in the general public ballot.
Every application is treated equally, no matter when it is submitted, so take your time making your decisions. The ballot is open until 23:59 on 9 January 2022.
There are variable limits to the number of tickets an applicant can apply for on each day, as detailed on the ticket purchasing website. If you want to apply for more tickets than the stated limit, please read the information below on making a Group Application.
Once you have applied, you will receive an automated email which provides a summary of your application details. You will not be asked to submit credit or debit card details when you enter the ballot.
When the ballot has closed, a random computerised ballot is run to determine which applications have been allocated tickets.
If you are successful in the ballot, you will receive an email with details of the tickets you have been allocated. You will then be asked to log into your account and purchase these tickets.
Full details of how do to this will be included on the email that confirms your ticket/seat details.
Unfortunately, the high demand for tickets at Lord's means that many match days are oversubscribed each summer.
Once the ballot is concluded, if you have missed out on any of the tickets for which you originally applied, we will inform you via email.
For those who have missed out, we then offer a priority booking period for any major match tickets which are unsold after the ballot.
Group applications can be made if you require more tickets than the limit stated for each day.
To make a group application, each group must have a Lead Customer. Only this person needs to enter the ballot in the usual way. Please select the maximum allocation limits shown each day and continue through to complete the application.
Once complete you will receive a summary email with your ballot entry details. This will include a link to the ‘Group Application Smartsheet’ which you will need to complete.
On the Smartsheet, please add the total number of tickets required by your group each day, with names and telephone numbers of your co-applicants. For example, if you require six tickets, you need to supply two names of other applicants who must have an account with MCC.
For any day, a Group may comprise of a maximum of five applicants, plus the lead purchaser, making a total of six.
Please ensure you complete and submit the smartsheet by 12 noon on Monday 10 January 2022.
Disabled spectators who are not wheelchair users
Applications by disabled spectators who do not use a wheelchair are made online.
If you also require an Assistant (or carers) ticket, this application should be made initially as a full-price Adult ticket.
Once you have applied, you will receive an email with a summary of your application details. This will include a link to a SmartSheet specifically relating to accessibility requirements for disabled spectators. Please click on this link and select the accessibility requirement that best suits your needs, and whether or not you require a full-price Adult ticket to be converted into a free-of-charge Assistant ticket.
If this SmartSheet is not completed, the full-price Adult ticket you originally selected will remain and your specific requirements will not be logged into the ballot.
